The Quest Film Screening and Panel Discussion: No Right Way
BraveMaker in partnership with THE QUEST is proud to PRESENT a screening of NO RIGHT WAY.
(a fictional narrative film loosely based on true events)
No Right Way is about Georgie, a brazen tween, who is thrust into the guardianship of her half-sister Harper whose attempts to parent only lead to exposing their paralleled childhood wounds and their need to find hope and healing together.
Director/Writer/ lead actor and producer will be in attendance. There will be a panel discussion after the film with representatives from Marin Foster Care in attendance.
The film is not officially rated because it's a new indie film, but due to strong language (from a "brazen teenager" :) it would be considered PG-13 or Rated R for the expletives. The story is extremely powerful and authentic--so if you can handle a teenager swearing, you'll be fine!
There will be a child friendly animated film shown INSIDE OUT 2in a separate room for kids ages 3-12.
Start time 6:30pm. Popcorn, light bites and beverages provided. (Free free to bring your own to share).
